an Italian Villa; today Bradley and Stacie
Czajka have one in Aiken.

Chef Czajka comes to Aiken with a wide
array of experience from The Little Nell
in Aspen, The Lodge at Koele on Lanai,
to The Four Seasons in Houston. His
menu for Oliv'a will focus on home-style
Italian dishes using classic preparation
and the freshest ingredients.

In Italy handmade pasta isn’t an after-
thought, it is a sense of pride and
respect, he looks to continue to carry
that flag of pride and respect forward by
making all of his own pasta, cheese
and gnocchi in his kitchen. These
culinary specialties will serve as the
signature for Oliv'a.
